Q: How long does it take to have a custom home built?

A: The average time for completion from the issuance of the Building Permits is six months.

Q: Will I be responsible for the preparation of my site prior to construction?

A: No, we are a full-service construction company and site preparation will be a part of your quoted costs.

Q: What about well and septic? Will I have to contact licensed professionals to have these put on site? Is this an out-of-pocket expense for me?

A: As a full-service company, we will handle all the arrangements for your well and septic tank installation. A standard fee will be part of your quote and therefore can be made a part of your loan package.

Q: Are there advantages to building as opposed to buying an existing house on the market?

Q: Do I need to have plans drawn before I contact you?

A: If you have plans already drawn that's fine, but if not we work with very knowledgeable and experienced draftsmen and engineers that can guide you through the process.

Q: What about financing? Do I need to seek out a lender before meeting with you?

A: No, we will be glad to meet with you and discuss your project prior to you obtaining financing. We will gladly work with your choice of a financial institution, or we have great relationships with local lenders and will be happy to put you in touch with a loan officer that will give you the personal service you deserve.
